Crystal Fiber

Ceramic fiber insulation material combines fire resistance, heat insulation and thermal insulation. It can maintain good tensile strength, toughness and fiber structure when used in neutral and oxidizing atmospheres. The product is not affected by oil corrosion and can restore its thermal and physical properties after drying.

Product Introduction

The sol-gel method is used to make a colloidal solution with a certain viscosity, which is then spun into fibers and then dehydrated and dried. The product has an alumina content of more than 72% and has excellent high temperature resistance.

Application

Industrial furnace observation hole, thermometer temperature measuring hole

Industrial kiln doors, burner bricks

Liquid collecting troughs, launders, melting grooves, and casting caps in the non-ferrous metal industry

Insulation and thermal insulation materials for electric heating elements
